Guns are a very common sight in Jerusalem. This city has seen its share of problems and violence. Security is very tight to protect attacks. In the past, some Palestinian armed groups have attacked and killed Israeli civilians. The violence has not been one sided.

Kosher regulations prevent meat and dairy being eaten together. Pork, shellfish and other kinds of meat are also forbidden. Chicken and beef is allowed. The food here is amazing.
